The Order of Malta Lebanon has been operating in the health and social welfare sectors since 1957. It manages a network of 60 projects serving the most vulnerable populations, across the Lebanese territory including primary healthcare centers, mobile medical units, elderly day care centers, hosting centers for the differently abled and projects for the displaced and refugees as well as an agro-humanitarian project within the catchment areas of its centers.
The Order of Malta Lebanon has developed a comprehensive multi-annual program to strengthen its social, agricultural and health services as well as its structures.

SUMMARY
Agriculture project manager is responsible for leading, planning, coordination, and implementation assigned program component in alignment with Order of Malta Lebanon’s strategy, humanitarian principles, and operational standards. The role ensures effective delivery of project activities, supervision of field teams, monitoring of implementation progress, proper documentation and reporting, and coordination of operational and financial requirements, while supporting program development and continuous improvement of interventions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead planning and implementation of an assigned program component over a multi-year project lifecycle
· Translate approved intervention designs into detailed workplans, schedules, and phased implementation plans
· Coordinate multidisciplinary field and technical teams across multiple locations
· Ensure delivery of activities in line with approved objectives, indicators, and quality standards
· Monitor progress against milestones, targets, and implementation risks
· Ensure complete documentation, data registration, and activity traceability
· Coordinate closely with the Program Controller on budget utilization and activity alignment
· Supervise and support outreach officers, Field Coordinators, and other project staff
· Follow up on procurement plans and major operational needs
· Contribute to technical reporting, lessons learned, and adaptive management
· Support refinement of interventions and proposal development within the assigned component
· Ensure alignment with overall program strategy under the supervision of the Head of Division
· Perform any other related duties assigned by the Head of Department
QUALIFICATIONS
· University degree (bachelor’s or higher) in agricultural sciences, rural development, environmental sciences, economics, international development, or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in project implementation, coordination, or management in development or humanitarian contexts
· Demonstrated ability to lead complex implementation components and multidisciplinary teams
· Experience in planning, coordination, monitoring, and quality assurance practices
· PMP Certificate is a plus
· Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
· Ability to work effectively in complex and multi-location operational contexts
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
· Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken); French an asset
