ABOUT US
The Order of Malta Lebanon has been operating in the health and social welfare sectors since 1957. It manages a network of 60 projects serving the most vulnerable populations, across the Lebanese territory including primary healthcare centers, mobile medical units, elderly day care centers, hosting centers for the differently abled and projects for the displaced and refugees as well as an agro-humanitarian project within the catchment areas of its centers.
The Order of Malta Lebanon has developed a comprehensive multi-annual program to strengthen its social, agricultural and health services as well as its structures.
In this framework, the Lebanese Association of the Knights of Malta / Order of Malta Lebanon is looking for experienced

SUMMARY
Play a crucial role in gathering insights from beneficiaries to assess program impact, identify needs, and improve services.
Ensure accurate, ethical, and efficient data collection from communities or individuals receiving the services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Contact OML’s patients, beneficiaries and recipients of assistance from different Projects, based on contact information provided by the OML Programs and M&E Departments and using different data collection tools tailored for each project.
· Enter the raw data into the databases that are customized for each Project.
· Send an email to the Head of Programs and to the M&E Manager informing them of any critical issue identified through the calls. For issues related to the PSEA, the data collectors should address the email to the head of the HR department (and PSEA focal point). The email should be sent within the COB of the same day on which the issue is identified.
· Conduct field visits to meet with the beneficiaries and collect hands-on data, as directed by the M&E Manager and based on an agreed upon schedule.
· Maintain privacy and confidentiality of beneficiary information
· Applies and follows code of ethics, values, mission, and vision of Order of Malta – Lebanon
· Performs other related duties requested by the M&E Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information management or other relevant academic background
· A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the data collection field
· Strong oral and written communications skills
· Highly organized
· Capacity to work in a team and flexibility to take on new tasks
· Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
· A dynamic leader with creative problem-solving skills, particularly in challenging situations
· Able to establish and maintain effective working relations with people of different cultural backgrounds
· Able to conduct regular field visits
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
· Arabic, French and English
