The Order of Malta Lebanon has been operating in the health and social welfare sectors since 1957. It manages a network of 60 projects serving the most vulnerable populations, across the Lebanese territory including primary healthcare centers, mobile medical units, elderly day care centers, hosting centers for the differently abled and projects for the displaced and refugees as well as an agro-humanitarian project within the catchment areas of its centers.
The Order of Malta Lebanon has developed a comprehensive multi-annual program to strengthen its social, agricultural and health services as well as its structures.

EDUCATION PROJECT MANAGER

SUMMARY
Ensure continuity and reliability of the pillar’s projects implementation by managing day-to-day delivery in full compliance with the Order of Malta Lebanon (OML) values, standards, and procedures, as well as logframe requirements, approved budgets and commitments. Ensure smooth coordination between field teams and relevant entities, and facilitate stakeholder engagement, data collection, reporting, and documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Operation and Delivery
· Ensures continuity of service delivery across projects and activity cycles.
· Monitors operational coherence and delivery reliability across activities, budgets, indicators, and timelines, proactively flagging delays, risks, and bottlenecks and coordinating corrective actions when necessary.
· Tracks procurement requests, purchase orders, supplier delivery, and supporting documentation to ensure alignment with approved budgets, donor requirements, and implementation timelines.
· Conducts field visits when required.
Reporting & Documentation
· Ensures consistent use and updating of designated tracking tools, monitoring systems, and reporting databases in line with M&E requirements and OML procedures.
· Prepares reporting input, including consolidated program data, expenditure documentation, attendance records, and required supporting materials for internal and external reporting.
· Ensures completeness, accuracy, and proper archiving of operational documentation, including financial records, attendance sheets, photos, and justification documents, in line with OML standards.
Coordination & Support
· Maintains clear and consistent operational information flow across teams and stakeholders.
· Provides operational support to volunteer-led initiatives at the project level, when required.
· Performs other related duties as requested by the line manager.
· Applies and follows the code of ethics, values, mission, and vision of the Order of Malta-Lebanon.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, economics, or related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
· Academic or practical background in education, arts, sports, civic or community engagement, as well as previous volunteer experience (particularly with OML), are considered assets.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and the ability to operate within multi-actor program ecosystems.
· Flexibility with the ability to navigate complex realities and adapt to changing contexts.
· Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, with comfort working in volunteer-driven environments.
· Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
· Proficiency in Computer literacy (Word, Excel…)
· Fluency in Arabic, English and French (written and spoken)
