The Order of Malta Lebanon has been operating in the health and social welfare sectors since 1957. It manages a network of 60 projects serving the most vulnerable populations, across the Lebanese territory including primary healthcare centers, mobile medical units, elderly day care centers, hosting centers for the differently abled and projects for the displaced and refugees as well as an agro-humanitarian project within the catchment areas of its centers.
The Order of Malta Lebanon has developed a comprehensive multi-annual program to strengthen its social, agricultural and health services as well as its structures.

SUMMARY
Leads the implementation of a health project, ensuring that activities are delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with donor requirements and OML standards.
The role oversees planning, coordination, monitoring, reporting, and budget follow-up of project activities, while providing technical and operational guidance to field teams
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead the overall planning and execution of project activities
· Develop detailed implementation plans and ensure alignment with program objectives
· Ensure activities are implemented according to technical standards and organizational procedures
· Monitor progress against targets and adjust implementation plans when needed
· Supervise and support Project Officers, Field Coordinators, and other project staff
· Provide regular guidance, feedback, and performance follow-up
· Ensure clear task distribution and effective teamwork
· Support capacity building of field teams when required
· Coordinate closely with internal departments (finance, procurement, HR, logistics, IT) to ensure smooth project implementation
· Prepare narrative and activity reports and ensure proper documentation of all project records in line with donor and OML requirements
· Ensure spending is aligned with the approved budget and donor regulations
· Follow up on procurement plans and major operational needs
· Contribute to budget revisions and forecasting when needed
· Perform any other related duties assigned by the Program Manager to support successful project implementation
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Health Sciences)
· Master’s degree in public health or a related field is a plus
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in health or humanitarian project implementation
· Previous experience in primary healthcare or mobile health services is an asset
· Experience in team supervision is required
· Strong project management and organizational skills
· Leadership and team management abilities
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and coordination skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Knowledge of SAP and/or PHENICS systems is a plus
· Fluency in Arabic and English are a must. French is a plus
