The Order of Malta Lebanon has been operating in the health and social welfare sectors since 1957. It manages a network of 60 projects serving the most vulnerable populations, across the Lebanese territory including primary healthcare centers, mobile medical units, elderly day care centers, hosting centers for the differently abled and projects for the displaced and refugees as well as an agro-humanitarian project within the catchment areas of its centers.
The Order of Malta Lebanon has developed a comprehensive multi-annual program to strengthen its social, agricultural and health services as well as its structures.

SUMMARY
HR Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth HR processes and full compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies. The role oversees the management and continuous review of the job descriptions, HR policies, procedures, employee data, and HR systems. It ensures accuracy in HR reporting, supports payroll coordination, and maintains regulatory and internal compliance across all HR activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and Systems in line with the association vision and mission.
· Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
· Ensure proper documentation for contracts, amendments, disciplinary actions, and terminations and that employees’ files are in line with the policies and legal requirements.
· Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
· Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
· Ensure proper and accurate job descriptions are available for all positions and continuously updated, in coordination with relevant managers.
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
· Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and proper documentation.
· Track probation periods, contract renewals, and other key HR milestones.
· Administer, maintain and update HR database systems, ensure the data contained within the system is current and up to date through regular data cleansing and auditing for consistency, accuracy and security.
· Ensure timely data entry and system updates.
· Generate system reports as needed.
· Support system implementation or upgrades when required.
· Ensure that all employees are insured.
· Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions, allowances).
· Support internal and external HR audits.
· Performs other related duties assigned by the HR Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent (Master is a plus)
· 5 years overall HR experience.
