The Order of Malta Lebanon has been operating in the health and social welfare sectors since 1957. It manages a network of 60 projects serving the most vulnerable populations, across the Lebanese territory including primary healthcare centers, mobile medical units, elderly day care centers, hosting centers for the differently abled and projects for the displaced and refugees as well as an agro-humanitarian project within the catchment areas of its centers.
The Order of Malta Lebanon has developed a comprehensive multi-annual program to strengthen its social, agricultural and health services as well as its structures.

SUMMARY
The QA/QC Supervisor ensures that all Agro-Humanitarian Center (AHC) operations meet OML’s quality, safety, and compliance standards. Reporting directly to the Business Manager, the QA/QC Supervisor oversees quality control across all nurseries, processing units, production units, storage facilities, and value-chain service lines. The role ensures that AHC products, services, and operational processes comply with internal SOPs, national regulations, hygiene standards, and donor requirements. By guaranteeing consistent quality, the QA/QC Supervisor contributes directly to the sustainability, performance, and market credibility of OML’s social enterprise model.
RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
· University degree (bachelor’s or higher) in agricultural engineer, or any related field.
· Master in food industry, science, agriculture food production or relevant.
· Minimum 5 years of progressive experience
· Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
· Ability to work effectively in complex and multi-location operational contexts
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
· Excellent communication and coordination skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken); French an asset
