THE LEBANESE ASSOCIATION OF THE KNIGHTS OF MALTA (LAKM) / THE ORDER OF MALTA LEBANON IS LOOKING FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

The Order of Malta is present in Lebanon since 1953, it currently manages a network of 60 different operations through which it assists and supports, across the Lebanese territory, every person in need, regardless of their backgrounds, personal beliefs, or affiliations. Its service provision to the vulnerable revolves around three main pillars: The Healthcare Pillar, the Social Pillar and the Agro-humanitarian Pillar, all while establishing a benchmark of excellence, respecting diversity, and serving with humility.

The Order of Malta Lebanon (OML), officially registered as the Lebanese Association of the Knights of Malta, with the support of its partner Malter International (MI), has recently developed a comprehensive multi-annual program to strengthen its healthcare, agriculture and social programs.

In this framework, the Order of Malta Lebanon is releasing a Call for Interest for transportation services across Lebanon. 

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES 

Objective/Purpose of the assignment

The Order of Malta Lebanon is looking for transportation services across Lebanon. The bidder should have the capacity to supply the services according to the criteria of pre-selection listed below.

Brief assignment title: On-Demand Transportation Services across Lebanon:

Period of assignment: 3 years 

Assignment Technical description: LAKM is looking for on-demand transportation services across Lebanon as follows: 

 - Passengers’ cars

 - Passengers’ bus

 - Wheelchair accessible passengers’ bus 

 - Driver only

Criteria of Pre-Selection: All interested bidders must submit the following documents:

-              Legal Documents (Commercial Register, MoF Registration) showing the bidder is formally registered in Lebanon 

-              Profile showing relevant transportation experience in Lebanon (Contracts, POs, Invoices, Client Reference Letters…) to include at least 1x wheelchair accessible bus
