ABOUT US
The Order of Malta Lebanon has been operating in the health and social welfare sectors since 1957. It manages a network of 60 projects serving the most vulnerable populations, across the Lebanese territory including primary healthcare centers, mobile medical units, elderly day care centers, hosting centers for the differently abled and projects for the displaced and refugees as well as an agro-humanitarian project within the catchment areas of its centers.
The Order of Malta Lebanon has developed a comprehensive multi-annual program to strengthen its social, agricultural and health services as well as its structures.

Education Field Coordinator BML

SUMMARY
Support the effective and sustainable preparation, implementation, and follow-up of pillar projects, particularly at the governorate level, both on and off the field, in full compliance with the Order of Malta Lebanon (OML) values, standards, and procedures.
Provide logistical and field-level support to volunteer initiatives when required, while upholding a volunteer-driven leadership environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Implementation Support
· Ensures consistent field presence during the implementation of pillar activities, as required.
· Supports field-level outreach, stakeholder mapping, and follow-up.
· Identifies and communicates field-level challenges and constraints in a timely manner.
· Manages and regularly updates warehouse stock, including inventory tracking, storage conditions, stock levels, and activity-related distribution and return of materials.
· Coordinates with drivers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth activity logistics.
· Provides field support to community service-based volunteers, including school groups and underage volunteers, ensuring proper guidance and safeguarding compliance.
· Ensures field continuity when volunteer capacity is temporarily insufficient.

· Performs other related duties as requested by the line manager.
· Applies and follows the code of ethics, values, mission, and vision of the Order of Malta-Lebanon.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, community development, education, or related field.
· Previous experience in community engagement is an asset, particularly through volunteering with OML.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate effectively within multi-actor and volunteer-driven environments.
· Strong facilitation and accompaniment skills, with the ability to guide without replacing volunteer leadership.
· Mission-oriented, self-driven, and culturally humble, with sensitivity to diversity and inclusion.
· Ability to work confidently and respectfully with people with intellectual disabilities and vulnerable populations.
· Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic field environments.
· Capacity to manage field-level logistics and coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
· Flexibility with the ability to navigate complex realities and adapt to changing contexts.
· Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
· Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
· Proficiency in Computer literacy (Word, Excel…)
· Fluency in Arabic, English and French (written and spoken)
