 THE LEBANESE ASSOCIATION OF THE KNIGHTS OF MALTA (LAKM) / THE ORDER OF MALTA LEBANON IS LOOKING FOR WAREHOUSE RENTAL

The Order of Malta is present in Lebanon since 1953, it currently manages a network of 60 different operations through which it assists and supports, across the Lebanese territory, every person in need, regardless of their backgrounds, personal beliefs, or affiliations. Its service provision to the vulnerable revolves around three main pillars: The Healthcare Pillar, the Social Pillar and the Agro-humanitarian Pillar, all while establishing a benchmark of excellence, respecting diversity, and serving with humility.

The Order of Malta Lebanon (OML), officially registered as the Lebanese Association of the Knights of Malta, with the support of its partner Malter International (MI), has recently developed a comprehensive multi-annual program to strengthen its healthcare, agriculture and social programs.

In this framework, the Order of Malta Lebanon is releasing a Call for Interest for a hub/warehouse rental located in the coastal area in Lebanon between the North Metn and Keserwan districts. 

HUB/WAREHOUSE RENTAL 

Objective/Purpose of the assignment

The Order of Malta Lebanon is looking for a hub/warehouse rental located in the coastal area in Lebanon between the North Metn and Keserwan districts within a maximum radius of 15km from the coastal highway. The bidder should have the capacity to supply the needs according to the criteria of pre-selection listed below.

Brief assignment title: Warehouse Rental:

 - To be located in the coastal area between the North Metn and Keserwan districts

Period of assignment: Till end of December 2028 

Assignment Technical description : LAKM is looking for a hub/warehouse rental having a storage capacity as follows: 

-              Net Indoor Area: +/- 600m2 with a minimum clear height of 3m (excluding parking spaces and office areas)

Criteria of Pre-Selection: All interested bidders must submit the following documents:

-              For Companies: 

             Legal Documents (Commercial Register, MoF Registration) showing the bidder is formally registered in Lebanon 

             Company Profile showing relevant experience in Lebanon

-              For Individuals: 

             Legal Documents (Owner’s ID, MoF Registration) showing the bidder is able to issue legal invoices in Lebanon
