THE ORDER OF MALTA LEBANON IS LOOKING FOR PR& COMMUNICATION AGENCIES
 
 The Order of Malta is present in Lebanon since 1953, it currently manages a network of 60 different operations through which it assists and supports, across the Lebanese territory, every person in need, regardless of their backgrounds, personal beliefs, or affiliations. Its service provision to the vulnerable revolves around three main pillars: The Healthcare Pillar, the Social Pillar and the Agro-humanitarian Pillar, all while establishing a benchmark of excellence, respecting diversity, and serving with humility.

The Order of Malta Lebanon (OML), officially registered as Lebanese Association of the Knights of Malta, with the support of its partner Malteser International (MI), has recently developed a comprehensive multi-annual program to strengthen its health and social services as well as its agriculture programs.

In this framework, the Order of Malta Lebanon is releasing a Call for Interest for PR & Communication agencies located in Lebanon.

PR & COMMUNICATION AGENCIES 

Objective/Purpose of the assignment

The Order of Malta Lebanon intends to hire a PR & Communication agency located in Lebanon to support the implementation of its communication strategy and plan. The bidder should have sufficient experience in supplying the required services. The details of the required services will be communicated after the preliminary examination that will be conducted according to the criteria of pre-selection listed below.

 Assignment technical description OML intends to hire services of a qualified and professional PR & Communication agency to support the implementation of its communication strategy and plan. The main services consist of:
 - Communication & Branding 
 - Content Development
 - Materials (Design & Content)
 - Production
 - Media Engagement & Management
 - Podcast Production & Engagement
 - Social Media Management
 Criteria of Pre-Selection All interested bidders must submit the following documents:
 - Legal Documents (Commercial Register, MoF Registration) showing the supplier is formally registered in Lebanon since at least 5 years. 
 - Agency Portfolio showing relevant experience in Lebanon during the last 5 years.
