2020 was truly a turnaround to the whole world. The COVID-19 pandemic forced us to just slow down for a while to make sure we were abiding by all the safety and security regulations.
During the lockdown period, we were concerned about our isolated elderlies. We established an e-donation system remotely be able to donate food and sanitary products just in front of their doorsteps. Many supermarkets own online grocery platforms, so we suggested to fill the baskets and pick Ain el Remmaneh center as a delivery address.
The e-donation program turned out to be a very practical idea to anyone willing to help locally and abroad. Once ordered and delivered to us, the items were then sanitized and distributed carefully to the families.
