Monitoring And Evaluation Manager

SUMMARY

Designs, develops, and implements M&E strategies and systems, programs, and plans for assessing projects activities, outputs and outcomes against agreed targets and ensures accurate and timely information and feedback to stakeholders.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • M&E Environment Enablement
    • Designs a M&E framework and plans for the overall project, sets up a system for qualitative and quantitative data collection and leads the implementation
    • Designs and implements M&E processes and SOPs
    • Collaborates with PHCCs Administrators to ensure that project’s indicators are tracked through regular field visits
    • Supports LAKM management in their dialogue with key donors to ensure that M&E activities are meaningful and achievable
    • Provides weekly, monthly, quarterly, semestrial, and yearly reports overseeing preventive plan and strategical decisions in addition to reports showing progress on different levels through different periods of time
  • Capacity Building
    • Provides regular training and facilitates sessions aiming at enhancing staff awareness on M&E approach, concepts, methodologies, and capacity building in using data collection and reporting tools
    • Designs and leads M&E training programs based on project framework
    • Supervises and mentors M&E Officers to enhance capability
  • Management Information Systems
    3.1 Designs and generates dashboards for tracking indicators
    • Documents lessons learned on the project with a specific focus on results, impact, and outcomes
    • Collaborates with the IT department to systemize new data collection modules and to set up a data-sharing platform (OneDrive, Dropbox, …etc.)
  • Technical Support
    • Implements data analysis and interpretation methods including descriptive and/or inferential statistics, and health analyses of medical KPIs
    • Collaborates with the Program Managers to review and gives technical feedback on budgetary strategies and allocations during implementation periods
    • Develops possible indicators to measure the impact of the medical services project
    • Provides leadership, guidance, and support to the M&E unit and other project staff who are keen to develop more strategic approaches to improving M&E within their programs
    • Compiles news and produces conservation communication materials to promote the Organization’s mission and vision, in liaison with the Communications Manager
  • People Management
    • Identifies M&E recruitment needs, participates to interviews in line with LAKM approach and on boards newcomers ensuring a smooth integration
    • Aligns monitoring and evaluation team objectives and expectations with organization’s needs, monitors execution and assesses overall performance
    • Identifies training needs, coaches people, and supports them in their development

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor´s degree in statistics, economics, public health, or any related field.
    A Master’s degree is a plus
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience responsible for implementing M&E activities of international development projects
  • Experience in the humanitarian field working with international donors is an added value
  • Knowledge of major monitoring and evaluation methodologies including logical models, conceptual frameworks, and assessment/evaluation
  • Proven planning and organization skills
  • Listening and communication skills with the ability to deliver high-quality reports
  • Ability to manage pressure and multiple conflicting deadlines
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills involving multiple parties and encouraging feedback
  • Driving results through a high sense of ownership, initiative, and ability to overcome obstacles
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity
  • Ability to build capacity across the board and mentor staff
  • Ability to conduct field visits on regular basis and upon needs

Fundraising Coordinator

SUMMARY

The Fundraising Officer will support the Fundraising Manager in executing various fundraising initiatives and campaigns in their creative, administrative and operational aspects. The Fundraising Officer will bring a global perspective to OML fundraising efforts, contributing to the development and implementation of strategies that engage international donors and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Donor Research

  • Conduct research on potential donors, including institutional, foundations, corporations, and individuals
  • Conduct research on grant opportunities
  • Assist in the development of donor profiles and cultivation strategies
  • Help maintain donor databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information, in collaboration with the CRM officer

Fundraising Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns, both online and offline
  • Coordinate logistics for fundraising events, including invitations, RSVPs, and follow-ups
  • Support the creation and distribution of fundraising materials such as newsletters, brochures, social media content and reports

 

Grant Writing and Proposal Support

  • Support the preparation of grant proposals, in collaboration with the Programs Department
  • Research potential grant opportunities and compile necessary information for applications, in collaboration with the Programs Department
  • Assist in writing and editing grant reports and donor communications

 

Donor Communications

  • Help draft thank-you letters, emails, and other correspondence to donors
  • Assist in the development of donor recognition programs and initiatives
  • Ensure that donors are receiving the visibility needed

 

Data Management and Reporting

  • Ensure accurate data entry and management in donor databases, in collaboration with the CRM Officer
  • Assist in generating reports on fundraising progress and campaign outcomes
  • Help analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

 

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the fundraising team as needed
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Help manage fundraising supplies and materials

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Nonprofit Management, International Studies, Communications, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and Arabic
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Fundraising Manager

SUMMARY

The Fundraising Manager will implement the fundraising strategy set by the Development and Communication Director to support the financial goals of OML. This role involves managing the day-to-day fundraising activities, planning and executing campaigns, building and maintaining donor relationships, and overseeing all aspects of fundraising efforts , with a focus on securing funds from various sources.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Fundraising Strategy Implementation

  • Develop and execute comprehensive initiatives, campaigns, plan and timeline in line with the fundraising strategy
  • Create a narrative for donors that is in line with OML fundraising objectives and OML mission
  • Identify new fundraising opportunities and revenue streams
  • Set and track fundraising goals and performance metrics
  • Stay informed about the industry trends as it relates to OML area of expertise
  • Stay informed about the fundraising industry trends, regulations and guidelines

 

Donor Management

  • Identify and approach potential new donors, including governmental agencies, foundations, and corporate partners and high net worth individuals
  • Create and manage donor recognition programs
  • Identify new grant applications and proposals
  • Collaborate with the CRM Officer to ensure effective donor communication and retention.

 

Event Planning and Execution

  • Develop sponsorship packages for donors
  • Plan and coordinate fundraising events, including among other galas, auctions, and community events
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, and volunteer coordination
  • Evaluate event success and gather feedback for improvement

 

Marketing and Communication

  • Develop and update both the content and design of the fundraising toolkit
  • Develop promotional materials for fundraising campaigns and events
  • Oversee the creation of content for social media, newsletters, and the organization’s website, in collaboration with the Communication Manager
  • Ensure that donors get proper visibility
  • Manage public relations and outreach efforts related to fundraising
  • Roll out online fundraising campaigns and create the narrative for it

 

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage the fundraising budget.
  • Track expenses and revenue related to fundraising activities.
  • Provide financial reports and analysis to senior management.

 

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of donations and fundraising activities
  • Prepare reports on fundraising progress and outcomes to the Development and Communication Director

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit management, Business administration, Finance, Marketing,Communications, or related field.
  • Advanced degree or certification in nonprofit management or fundraising is a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in fundraising, preferably with an INGO, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and Arabic
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and donor databases
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Passion for the nonprofit sector and commitment to the organization’s mission
  • Cultural sensitivity and an understanding of global issues
  • Strong knowledge of fundraising principles and practices

SUMMARY

The Agricultural Technical Expert is responsible for managing the production processes and maintaining accurate data records within our agricultural center. This role entails overseeing the implementation of agricultural practices, ensuring optimal crop performance, and leading efforts in data collection and entry to support reporting requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the day-to-day agricultural operations, horticulture nurseries production, agrifood production, ensuring best practices are applied.
  • Monitor day to day seedlings development, food processing, and implement management strategies to maximize quality.
  • Coordinate with other technical staff to ensure seamless production processes.
  • Collect, analyze, and manage data related to production performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of AHC production activities and ensure timely data entry into the center’s management systems (SAP, Phenics…) for the production and programs.
  • Maintain the data management protocol to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of the data.
  • Conduct regular audits of data and records to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with research and development teams to trial new techniques, documenting results and making recommendations for process improvements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on production, inventory, Programs.
  • Collaborate with the center manager and/or area coordinator to ensure efficient handling of production, inventory, and data management.
  • Stay updated on nurseries and food production trends, and technologies.
  • Applies and follows code of ethics, values, mission, and vision of Order of Malta – Lebanon
  • Performs other related duties assigned by the Agriculture Program Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Technical Diploma in Agricultural Studies or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in agriculture or a relevant field.
  • Proven ability to manage agricultural and agrifood production with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of crop management, agrifood production, soil science, and sustainable farming practices.
  • Proficient in the use of agricultural technology and data entry software.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development in agriculture and data management.
  • The candidate should be willing to work and occasionally outside of standard working hours during peak production periods.
